At Arvencioss Capital S.A.S. ("Arvencioss") we handle your personal data with the care it deserves. This policy describes what information we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have, in line with Argentine Personal Data Protection Act No. 25,326 and the regulatory recommendations in force in 2026.
2. Data we collect
We receive the data you choose to share when filling out our forms (name, email, message and, if you opt in, additional information). We also collect limited technical data such as IP address, device type, browser language and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes
We use this information to reply to your enquiries, provide information about real estate crowdlending projects, meet legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, improve the site experience and, if you give explicit consent, send commercial communications or measure advertising campaigns.
4. Legal basis
Processing is supported by your informed consent, the execution of pre-contractual or contractual relationships with you, the fulfilment of legal obligations and our legitimate interests in managing and protecting the platform.
5. Who we share data with
Your data may be shared with technology service providers acting under our instructions (hosting, communications, analytics), with auditors and professional advisors bound by confidentiality, and with authorities when a regulation requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
6. International transfers
Some providers may operate outside Argentina. In those cases, we require appropriate safeguards regarding security and confidentiality, aligned with local law and applicable international standards.
7. Retention
We keep data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes described and applicable legal terms. After that, we delete or anonymise it securely.

9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, access controls, periodic reviews and team training. No system is 100% bulletproof, but we work to minimise risks.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect improvements or regulatory changes. When we do, we will update the revision date and, if changes are significant, we will highlight them on the site.
